Our Can of Soda is a....?

Well, I am writing this 22nd week blog a day early because we had our ultrasound today. It was mainly for anatomy reasons, but the perk is that we were able to find out the sex of our baby. So, the polls are closed! We had a very good turn out! 37 votes and the majority was for a girl. Well, the results are obviously 50/50. So, Robby and I proudly announce that we are not ones to hang with the majority. HA! We are having ANOTHER BOY! Yes, a boy! We are definitely excited. Rylen will have a wonderful little brother to play with. Our beautiful boy is weighing in at 14oz, thus the Can of Soda. Mom is in great shape with all vitals where they should be. So we are perfectly progressing. Thank you all for your votes and for those that voted "girl", don't put those votes away, maybe we'll have a little girl one day!

Here is our update (notice Baby Boy Robbins is weighing in just a little less than the provided info... we may have another tiny one!) More Ultrasound photos are below the update!

How Your Baby's Growing:
At 11 inches (the length of a spaghetti squash) and almost 1 pound, your baby is starting to look like a miniature newborn. His lips, eyelids, and eyebrows are becoming more distinct, and he's even developing tiny tooth buds beneath his gums. His eyes have formed, but his irises (the colored part of the eye) still lack pigment. If you could see inside your womb, you'd be able to spot the fine hair (lanugo) that covers his body and the deep wrinkles on his skin, which he'll sport until he adds a padding of fat to fill them in. Inside his belly, his pancreas — essential for the production of some important hormones — is developing steadily.

Love you all!

I thought it would be a girl. Robby seemed poised for another girl, but as you said...Maybe next time. Or the time after that...
