In Training

I have started week 2 of my half-marathon training and it has been a challenge so far. My body has been sore, tired, and hurting a bit as I build my cardio and muscles. I have taken it easy on the workouts, but they are still pushing my body beyond the every day wear and tear that it is used to. Rylen has enjoyed watching me and has even taken on some of the ab workouts himself.
